Responsibilities
• Implement and manage multi-vendor network infrastructure comprised of firewalls, Layer 3 and Layer 2 switches and wireless access points.
• Perform installation and cabling of network infrastructure during approved change management windows.
• Troubleshoot user and endpoint network connectivity issues.
• Collaborate with global network engineering team to implement configuration changes, perform software upgrades and new features and technologies for site network devices.
• Maintain up-to-date documentation such as physical and logical topology, circuit details and cabling diagrams.
